I'm an easy-going person with a relaxed attitude towards life but I also enjoy honest hard work and learning new things. I busk to earn a living but I want to study Zoology at university level and become a tropical field biologist somewhere in South America.

I've met and become friends with many couch-surfers in the past, all of whom recommend that I give it a try and I have finally been prompted to make an account by the fact that I am heading to Bangor for an university open day and have nowhere to stay.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like a large range of music but a few of my favourite artists are: Mark Knopfler, Xavier Rudd, Paul Weller, Eva Cassidy, Cat Stevens, John Lennon, Bobby McFerrin, Fat Freddy's Drop and the list could go on...
I'm not a huge film fanatic but enjoy watching pretty much anything - the great debators, pulp fiction and the shining are three of my all-time favourites.
I read more than maybe I should and like a large range of genres but my favourite book by far is "Zen and the art of Motorcycle Maintenance".

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Lived in a primitive camp in the middle of the Borneo jungle for 8 months with no electricity, a waterfall to shower in every day, surrounded by snakes, lizards, primates, insects and my good friends, leeches!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I play guitar, a little cello and a little piano so, although I don't know much theory or technical stuff, I'm happy to share whatever I can. Aside from that I can cook a little and am more than happy to do so. In terms of learning, I am always eager to learn whatever I can and pride myself on having a good work ethic and a very open mind to new things.

Like I say, music is my main skill and I'm happy to play whatever you'd like for as long as you want me to. I'm also happy to cook, clean or do anything I can to earn my keep and help my host with whatever they need doing.
Aside from this, I love sharing stories with people, the crazier and more unique the story the better.
