ABOUT ME

I have couch surfed on my own but am now travelling with my boyfriend, Ian

We are both open, friendly, maybe a little bit crazy at times, but isnt that the best best way?!!! We love life and try to make every moment count and every experience mean something.

We have both taken a break from our usual walks of life to experience Australia and want to gain new experiences and meet new people.

PHILOSOPHY

Life doesnt land on your doorstep, you have to go out and grab it. Enjoy every moment of every thing that happens because one way or another its happening for a reason.
If you cant see the light at the end of the tunnel, then switch on the flashlight!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Wanting to meet new people and share experiences Couch Surfing is a great idea. Im not the best cook but am always happy to cook for hosts and bring a bottle of wine or box of beer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in Christchurch, Dunedin and in Queenstown, loved meeting new people and had some great experiences but Ian hasnt yet so this will be a whole new thing for him.

Interests

Bot me and Ian are into Martial Arts, Ian being heavily into it and having competed in both NZ, Aus and Thailand.

We love to keep fit by martial arts, Hiking, Surfing, and running. Were into hanging and chilling with friends and making the most of life around us. I love playing the guitar and am hoping Ian gets into it soon

Music, Movies, and Books

I love most kinds of music but Im a big lover of classic rock, GNR, Pearl Jam, The Doors, Metallica, Led Zeppelin.
Also love acoustic music, Newton Faulkner, Jack Johnson, Xavier Rudd, Jason Mraz

I love all most kids of movies and love to read again I can read many different genres.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been in a hot air balloon over The Valley Of The Kings, Luxor, Eygpt for sunrise. Truly was an amazing experience.

Very recently chased down a beach in The Catlins by a wild sea lion! Awesomely funny

Ian has gained some excellent experience from training Thai Kickboxing in Thailand and has some great stories.
