About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ein Mensch wachst von sein Aufgaben

ABOUT ME

I'm curious, I like to laugh, like cooking and cycling around is my favourite way to get to know a place, but talking to locals is even better...

PHILOSOPHY

I am searching for it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Our house (we are 4 house mates) in Ghent is full of people all the time. We have a couch, which can turn into a bed! Might not always be appropriate but this should not stop you from asking! If you just want to visit the city, I would be happy to guide you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I travelled by bike to Budapest and on the way we Couchsurfed. It was an amazing experience and hope to see more couches in the future! Thanks to all those people who hosted us and showed us around!

Interests

People, environment, sustainable agriculture and BIKES!

At the moment I am collecting experiences, such as working on a farm, bike courier, and participating in this bike project: www.fietskeuken.org

Music, Movies, and Books

World, Jazz, Roma, Soul, Pop, Disco, Swing!
I love reading but I rarely find the time!
There is nothing like watching a good movie, lying in bed with your best friends.'Black cat white cat' is my favorite, can't neglect that part of my education comes from Disney.
A good theatre play, a modern dance performance, is what I need from time to time to still my hunger for culture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A moose in Norway an elephant in India, Camels in Morocco, Pelicans in Romania, my bicycle in Moldova, a master thesis in Ethiopia...

But at the moment I most enjoy putting effort in sustainable projects around my home town!

Teach, Learn, Share

Someone ever told me: Learn two knew skills a year!
