I am currently half-way through an Engineering and Pacific Studies degree at ANU in Canberra. I major in renewable energy and am hoping to pursue a career in humanitarian engineering and sustainable development! Taking a slightly different path to most of my friends after high school, I ventured off on a big 8 month trip. I first spent two months in Sri Lanka volunteering and travelling around the beautiful country before flying off to Europe where I spent six months. Now I am travelling around Canada before I commence a semester long exchange at Queen's university.

I have met so many amazing people on my travels that I began couchsurfing as I learnt what a great way it is to meet some really interesting people and feel like a local whilst away. I was lucky enough to have some amazing couchsurfing experiences from the beginning and have now become a fully pledged fun of it!

Hiking (anything outdoors really), running, music, reading, cooking

Most of the music that I listen to is small Australian bands and artists, generally under the genre of alternative, indie, indie rock, golden oldies, acoustic, folk and a bit of electro.

Man for an indecisive person, this section is very stressful... I have been lucky to do and experience some amazing things on my travels, from hiking in the Austrian and Swiss alps to driving a tuk tuk in Sri Lanka.
