I'm currently working full-time as a researcher, and I really like meeting new people, playing sports like floorball and volleyball, and painting in my free time! Oh, and I also love baking! :-)

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I was on an exchange program in Lund University, Sweden, in 2016. And with that came the opportunity to travel and meet new people! ☺️ I'm know how it feels like to be a traveller in a foreign land, and I hope to be able to play the part of a local host, and take new friends around and explore my city in my own personal way! I am always up for a little adventure – climbing, hiking, swimming with dolphins, you name it and we'll do it! But of course, I do have sloth tendencies sometimes, so if you wanna just chill out and hang and chat, I would really love that too!

My experience with couchsurfing so far has been amazing – the people here have been so hospitable and friendly!! I feel like couchsurfing is so much better than traveling in tour groups, you really get to learn and see things from a local's perspective, and it is an eye-opening and a once-in-a-lifetime experience!! I love this little community and I'm glad I have chosen to be part of it!💓

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I kinda love pop and current mainstream music, and EDM!!! (I went to AMF 2016 in Amsterdam, and I absolutely loved every moment of it!!) Some of my favourite artistes are Chainsmokers and Alesso 💓

I am into comedy and romance mostly, horror and gore is a definite no-no! You could say I'm a child at heart since I love Disney movies – my favourite is Lilo & Stitch, and I can rewatch Disney movies again and again, no matter my age.

I haven't had much time to read lately, but I loved reading growing up – I read the Harry Potter series, Twilight and Divergent series :) In recent times I have been reading books like Me Before You, After You by Jojo Moyes, and The First Phone Call From Heaven by Mitch Albom. Tear-jerkers are really my kind of thing :")

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I have a massive fear of heights growing up, so it was absolutely insane and surreal that I skydived in Spa, Brussels from 4, 200km above ground!??!? Till today I still can't believe I did it! The freefall was madly exhilarating and the view from so high up was amazing, it really is indescribable! 10/10 would skydive again, but 11/10 would be scared again HAHAHAH 😅
