I am a very active person that loves exploring, meeting new people, being outdoors, but I also enjoy social gatherings and community. I'm half Korean, half Belgian and have lived in both countries, as well as Canada and Australia. Also I love spice. So much that I carry around cayenne pepper with me when I'm backpacking or going to festivals. If I cook you a meal you can be damn sure that it's gonna be spicy.

I love traveling and think it's always nicer when you have a local perspective on the town you are staying at. I also enjoy getting to know people and couchsurfing is really great for both those things.

living abroad for the past 6 years has taught me a lot about myself and about other people. pretty happy to have done university in two foreign countries, that resulted in having made amazing connections across the globe

I'm more about sharing experiences in person rather than the internet, but anyway - I think you can learn something from every friendship that you have, and it's awesome to have or a be host as you can naturally teach travellers hidden, authentic little nooks of the place you live at :)
