Hi, I'm Louise!

I am originally from the UK but live between San Gil, Colombia and The Sacred Valley, Peru.

I left the UK in 2017 and dedicated 5 years to marine conservation, but had to leave due to a dive injury. With a background in food and wellness, I retrained and now have my own kinesiology business.

In my spare time I enjoy yoga, running, freediving, stargazing, wild swimming, reading and hiking. My must have travel item is most definitely my hammock! My partner, Jhonotan, is a level 5 white water rafting guide in Colombia and can take you out kayaking!

I have hosted and couchsurfed since 2017, and really enjoy this way of traveling and connecting with others. I am very respectful of other people's space and enjoy quiet time to recharge, especially while travelling.
