About Me

I'm an engineer working with production testing at a company in the south of Sweden. About 5 years ago I did an exchange year in Chile, Santiago where I studied engineering and learned spanish and there's where I first did couchsurfing and I really loved the concept. Therefore I created a profile to meet new people and learn from their experiences while travelling. When im not working I love to cook, preferably vegetarian or vegan food, do any kind of sports (right now mostly futsal and running), learn new things and meet new people.

Right now I am travelling with my boyfriend Simon, also an engineer, from Nicaragua all the way down to Peru during three months. We love exploring nature and wildlife, preferably while hiking and running. We also like to try out new foods and learn about local culture and politics. We hope for a lot of interesting insights and discussions during the trip.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people and to have inspiring and interesting conversations with local people that knows the place. Also, hopefully, be able to share my own experiences and teach someone something new.

I just read Born to Run and started to get interested in barefoot running.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Did a one month bike tour through patagonia (the southern tip of south america) with a friend and with our home made bike bags made out of plastic containers and a borrowed tent.
