Travelling Latin America right now, on route to live in New Zealand

ABOUT ME

I am 27, currently travelling Central and South America. I came looking for a change of scene, change of career, change of everything really. After this trip I will live in New Zealand and Australia for a year. Then Asia including Russia. Hoping to see a big chunk of the world before I am 30!

PHILOSOPHY

Realised that life is too short to sit behind a desk everyday. Quit my job and am now a world traveller!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking to couchsurf in Central and South America. I think it's an amazing way to meet locals and find out what a country is really about rather than only doing the tourist things. I am learning Spanish and would love to be able to practice with whoever I stay with.
Will be able to host when I reach New Zealand and have my own place.

Books: Pillars of the earth, shantaram, the book of lost things are some favourite books I have read recently.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing the Cascade de Ouzoud in Morocco, working with Pumas in a wildlife sanctuary in Bolivia, snorkelling the barrier reef in Belize, climbing an active volcano in Nicaragua, hoping to make many more memories like this...
