ABOUT ME

I'm a 24 year old girl, living and studying in Freiburg, Germany.
When I was 18 I've been an AuPair in America for 1 year and travelled through the US for a month right after finishing my Aupair year.
I travelled to Cape Town afterwards where I volunteered in an orphanage and a primary school. I like to travel, to meet new people, to laugh and talk for hours and just to enjoy my life.
Unfortunately I don't have much money or time during my studies to travel more, so for now I only live in memories of my travels. Once I'm done studying I hope to get to see more of other countries and to get to know other cultures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've done CS during my travel month in the US and had a blast! I've met amazing people and everyone had their own story to tell. I'm so happy I chose to use CS instead of hostels.

兴趣

I love to do sports since I'm able to walk. I did artistic gymnastic for 12 years and I like to spend my free time outside. Such as tennis, running, riding a bike..
I like to volunteer and help to organize things since I taught 6 years kids gymnastic. I love to read books and to drink coffee. Oh yes, I love coffee! The rest of my free time I spend with my friends, 'cause that's what makes your life valuable.

I love every single book, which seduces me in a different world. And every movie that makes me laugh or cry. I'm open for every kind of genre and often suprised how much I like the different stories.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most amazing thing I have done is my AuPair year. I've never been away from home too long, so it was quite an experience and I loved it. I loved being away from home to feel free and I was able to do whatever I want mostly. It was the kind of freedom I needed. I've seen so many places in the US and have met so many people, who I really like. It was a long time but I loved it and I'm glad I did it.

Another amazing place I've been to is Cape Town in South Africa. I have never seen such a beautiful country, nor have I ever met such amazing people.

The last foreign city I've been to was London. I got to do an internship and work in a Children's Centre in London, where I was for 3 months. I have never loved a city as much as I loved London. I enjoyed every single moment there and was quite upset when I had to leave.
