ABOUT ME

I am a Swedish girl, currently traveling with a Canadian friend around Australia.

I have travelled and worked since I finished high school in 2009, and I love seeing new places and learn about different cultures. Meeting people is of course a big part of this, and I've been amazed more than once over the people you can meet and the things you can learn from just having an open mind.

Interests

Meeting new people, surfning(though I'm pretty bad at it), horses and animals in general. Sailing is another thing I love as well and something I would want to do at some point while I'm in Australia.

Music, Movies, and Books

The great Gatsby is the favorite movie at the moment, but I'll watch pretty much anything apart from scary movies!
I'm reading The Lord of the Rings right now and I love classics such as Pride and Prejudice and Wuthering Heights, though I enjoy newer books as well like The Mortal Instruments and The Outlander.
As for music I listen to everything from mainstream pop to folk inspired music, and right now my favorites are Kim Churchill and Xavier Rudd.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailing with tall ships around the Baltic Sea and the Northern Sea. There is nothing like it.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hopefully some interesting conversations and I'd be more than willing to share my experiences from my travels. I also love to cook, or food in general I guess, and if there would be an opportunity to bake, I'd most likely take it!
