ABOUT ME

I have been married to the same man for 33 years. we are now grand parents and really enjoy it. we love to travel and meet new people and we love having people in our log home, by the lake in Northern Canada (Yukon) where we have lived now for 34 years. I love to kayak, bicycle, do yoga and meditation. we like to hunt and fish , we are outdoors type of people.

PHILOSOPHY

Minimalist. i believe it is our duty to try to minimize the effect that we have on the earth when we pursue our life. Live in harmony with nature, try not to disturb it too much with our activities. Leave some legacy to our children and grand child.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

we have hosted few people already . some from Switzerland and another couple from Germany. We like to promote our community and help people from other countries become familiar with our way of life which is living out in the country and having a lifestyle that minimizes our effect on this earth. We believe in using as little resources as we need to live a healthy lifestyle.
