I’m Louiselotte : a very long name for a small person so you can shorten it as much as you want ! I am new to the Couchsurfing community.

I currently live in Paris for my studies at university. I have been studying Economics for the last two years in la Sorbonne. I also love philosophy, politics, ethic so if you want to talk about any of those topics I will be more than happy to do so, it is always nice to get to know other points of view than your own.
I come from a small city in between Lyon and Saint Etienne in the south east of France.

I have lived in England for a year in a small village called Southwold and as well as learning English I met so many people from different cultures from China to Belize, South America and Germany. I truly loved that melting spot of different cultures, experiences and views on the world. Hence why I am on Couchsurfing, I would love to meet travellers from around the world and get to know their cultures, adventures and generally more about themselves.

I really like sports, I have been a fencer for ten years and I newly discovered a passion for trekking in very remote places. I also like the beauty of abandoned places, it’s always a challenge to explore them but the feeling is like no others.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I once ended up welcoming in my flat a guy that I met an hour before on the plane and we spent an evening talking, drinking wine and listening to music. I did not know couchsurfing existed at that point but as the experience was so great I thought I’d do it again on here.

For music I am more into indie pop - folk - electro house but I like to discover new bands, new types of music

For books I am a poetry lover, I love listening to poetry in any language even if I don’t understand.
Also one of my favourite author is Camus but I do love any good novel

Sleeping in a so-called bothy absolutely lost in the middle of the Cairngorms (Scotland), very hard to reach but incredible.

And sleep in general, because I’m sure that I am doing some extraordinary stuff in my dreams it’s just that I don’t remember them ...
