I am a positive, creative and non-judgemental soul, who loves life; self-development, a good film or book with deeper meanings...mostly. Generally spread a bit if kindness wherever I go.

I am a Reflexologist and intuitive therapist who loves healthy cooking, photography, being artistic, traveling, hiking into the woods, a little run, exploring, foraging, smoothies, juicing, meeting new people and spending time with friends and family :-)

I love to get lost in the forest, spotting beauty and capturing the moment with my camera, I love painting, the colors and the expressions.. Having fun with dear ones & new friends, being grateful for all the beauty that surrounds us, travelling, dancing, hiking, running a little, Spend time in womens groups, exploring all aspects of life, self-development & healing. A big candle light fan (well, I AM Danish) Meeting new people, cultures and spending time with my friends & family around the world..

I love books & movies that moves me & make me think & feel and help me to grow as a human being AND soul. Mostly spirituality with depth & truth, as well as documentaries and any other exciting films :-)

I have travelled the world A LOT. Seen everything from Base camp on Mount Everest on the 1st of Jan 2000, The Victoria fall in Zimbabwe, The Goldcoast of Australia, Rain/cloud forest of Costa rica, Skiing in Canada, Swimming with wild dolphins in New Zealand, Swam with (and stood on)! a whale shark in South Africa, saw white shark babies whilst diving in Fiji, hiked on the majestic mountain tracks and met the wonderful people of Nepal, sleeping in minus VERY cold in my sleepingbag. Cycled from the North of Israel to the south. Climbed Mount Idriss in Snowdonia National park in Wales, owned an Organic Vegan Cafe and juicebar and rented out holiday lets in Herefordshire, UK, traveled by only local busses from South Africa to kenya, Did Karate and boxing when younger, done lots of personal development workshops and attended many seminars around the world. Assisted mens and Womens workshops and meditation groups in San Francisco and England, felt emotional pain & heartache so bad that I thought my heart would shatter (but have healed nicely ;-) given birth & life to two beautiful young men - my sons, spending wonderful time in the outdoors being totally in awe of its massiveness and beauty And still, so much to be explored.... :-)

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can offer reflexology, cooking, handy stuff around the house and generally love to help out where needed.
Will mostly likely be traveling with one or both of my teenage sons when exploring the States ❤
