HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Working in the US doesn't usually allow for too much vacation time for traveling to far away places, so instead I'd like to bring the world to me!

I've just joined the community online and have no experiences so far.

i enjoy outdoor and cultural activities. outdoors: biking, rollerblading, hiking, swimming. cultural: watching live music (especially classical and jazz), modern art, good food. i also really enjoy playing chamber music.

i tend to like books/movies with some deep philosophical message. i also like well-executed action movies, woody allen, and many french films. i have a special affinity for classical music.

I backpacked to 20-something cities in Europe with a friend from college, just before starting work.
