I am a 28 year old young Portuguese man who wants to start adventures all over the world, but for now Australia is my oyester. I have lived all my life in Portugal, I took my degree in Human Resources Management there, but now the time has come to explore the ways of living in another country. I have started to learn Japanese and I want to discover my professional vocation as well as a possible idea for a Master's degree, either in Australia, South Korea or Japan.
I am lost in professional terms, but I wish to have new experiences that will introduce me to different people, to be able to create an international contact network, and to be able to work in different areas.
I am a motivated and hardworking person, but who is fed up with his office job and wants to try something new.

I love going for long walks and reading in parks.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided to subscribe to Couchsurfing so I can get to know more people during my travels in South Korea and Japan while I'm exploring the culture of both of this countries.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all the movies from Wes Anderson, Hayao Miyazaki, Paul Thomas Anderson, Quentin Tarantino and Alfred Hitchcock. I would say that one of my favourite movies of all time would be 12 Angry Men (altough I've only seen it once) and the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
I'm a fan of portuguese authors but I would say that the books from George R. R. Martin have a special place in my heart.
Regarding music I love all the genres and two of my favourite bands of all time have to be Fleetwood Mac and The Beatles.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got the opportunity of participating in an ancient fighting ritual in Gili Trawangan, Indonesia with a good friend of mine. Everyone was very welcoming and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life.
