I am entering my 3rd year of university and will be studying for a year in Lille, France.

ABOUT ME

Hello hello! My name is Lori and I am 23 years old from Port Coquitlam (Greater Vancouver), BC, Canada. I am currently going into my 3rd year of university and I will be doing an exchange in France for a year. I am an outgoing person and easy to get to know and get a long with. I am a very happy go lucky person and it doesn't take a lot to make me happy, I also get excited very easily over small details lol. I like to travel (hence going on exchange) and so far I have visited 35 countries. In the future I hope to work for the Department of Foreign Affairs in Canada and travel for a living! One crazy thing about me is that I HATE flying even though I love going to new places and traveling, but I do it anyways as the reward on the other side is worth the 5-10 hours of fear.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything works out for the best eventually. Sometimes in life you have to make tough choices but I truly believe in the end you'll be happy with the choice you made and the outcome is in your best interest.

Never fear asking for something you want, the very worst that could happen is that you would die, but you won't die just for asking for something, so go ahead as the person can only say "no" and that's a whole lot better than dying! A weird way to look at things but it helps when you are too scared to do something. What REALLY is the worst that could happen?? lol

Moved oversears when I was 19 years old all by myself and started a new life and loved it! Made the choice to go back to school and work for something :)
