About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to help others and meet great new people on the way!

ABOUT ME

I am in my 3rd year in school to get my Master's in Social Work. I grew up in Baltimore County, but have loved the city for years. My husband and I married in 2012. I love meeting interesting people, listening to music, going to museums or concerts, eating at local restaurants, reading, walking my dog, being outside, hiking, running, camping, and enjoying life.

PHILOSOPHY

And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.

Love all, trust many, do wrong to none.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first found out about Couchsurfing in 2009 through a google search when I was planning my West Coast road trip. I made a profile right away, because I thought it was amazing that people actually allowed others into their homes and that it would be a great way to meet like-minded, nice people. When I was traveling, I contacted a woman from San Francisco to see if I could stay. Even though I was new to couchsurfing, she allowed my sister and I to spend a night with her. She was very helpful with making the arrangements to get there and showed us around the CS headquarters. It was a great first experience.
