CURRENT MISSION

I have one semester left for school then it's out into the real world. I love to travel but I usually have no money so couch surfing sounds like a good way to go about it.

ABOUT ME

I am a very laid back guy. I currently attend Boise State University. I recently graduated with a degree is Mass Communication and Journalism with a minor in French but am working on a second degree in Photography. I plan on getting into the television and film industry when I finish up with school but I love photography too so I might end up going that route professionally. I've already worked on some TV and Film stuffs and really love it, so it's hard to tell what I'll end up doing. I spend most of my days working or schooling. I do like to venture out of the house and mini-golf, bowl, sled (if there is snow), watch movies, watch plays, play pool, go camping, play in the mud, hang out with friends, dance (when I've had a few drinks), head out to the bars/clubs for some drinks, and pretty much anything that won't get me arrested and/or stabbed and some things that might.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm not religious or even spiritual for that matter. I just know I am here and I won't be forever so I'm going to do what I can to enjoy my time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't been all that active with the couch surfing thing since I signed up, mainly because I've just been super busy and what not. Now that I'm free for the summer, I want to take a stab at hosting some folks and surfing myself.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies. I can't choose a favorite. I really enjoy foreign films because they tend to be a little less cookie cutter like a lot of mainstream American films. I do enjoy the typical action movie, romantic comedy, regular comedy, drama, or most other American films too. I just think it's nice to get a variety in there.

I have a very odd combination of genres that I enjoy. I like Alternative Rock, Classic Rock, Rock, some Rap and R&B, some Country (but not much), then I also enjoy traditional Irish fiddle and bagpipe Celtic type music, to help me understand French I'm getting in to all genres of French music, I also like the techno and electronic stuff. Basically anything you throw at me I'll enjoy.

Most of the reading I've had to do is because of school stuff. I find as I age I become more interested in reading, though.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was amazed by my trip to Europe. There was so much history and such a huge difference in culture from what I am used to.
