Hey! I am Lowik and 22 years old. After graduating from Highschool in June 2019 I went to the United States for half a year and hiked around 4000 km on the Pacific Crest Trail from Canada to Mexiko. At the moment I study political science in Heidelberg. I am an openminded person, quite flexible, always up for good conversations, new adventures and looking forward to a great time with new friends! At night I dumpster dive with my roommates, so if you'd stay with me there is probably always lots of food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In that half year I spent in the United States I experienced so much generosity and hospitality, that I want to give that back to other travellers. Besides I realized that one can see far more of a country if you spend more time with locals and anyways it´s way more fun. That´s why I decided to join Couchsurfing and get connected with people in the cities I am visiting and to host people and do my little part in showing others something new and give something back!
