ABOUT ME

Hey! I’m Lozhka (my nickname means “spoon” in Ukrainian, my native language) and my first name is Mary. I’m a writer focused on fiction and advertising. I also worked as a teacher of arts for school children and an exhibition guide in a contemporary art gallery.

For years I've been involved in volunteering abroad (art festivals, non-profit theatres, work in orphan houses, animal shelters, and even yacht regatta).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

10 years ago I decided that I will never work in the office from 9 to 18 but follow my travel dreams of having a flexible schedule. That's how my freelance writer story began. And when I finally decided that it was time to settle down and give chance to do office work, COVID-19 occurred. So I had never had a chance to experience a classic office lifestyle.
