ABOUT ME

Hey my name is Laura, Im currently an education student, I'm also working on my B.A. majoring in Religion in Culture. I would love to teach English as an additional language when I complete school. I decided to specialize in Religion and Culture simply because I love people and I love learning about people and why they do the things that they do. With a better understanding of where people are coming from I feel as though I can relate to and understand people more fluently.

I am obsessed with my dog, she climbs trees and I often come home to find her on the roof of the garage.

I love to read biographies, memoirs, humor, and books on culture and religion. I love movies of all genres.

When it comes to music you cannot place me in one genre I will love anything that is playing, I know you have all heard that one before. But if the people who are making the music are passionate and it shows in their work I will love it!

I dont know where to start, being on top of Mount Pilatus in Switerland was cool, so was falling all the way down the Opera house in Oslo, going to Oktoberfest, the view from the top of the Eiffel Tower, watching the sunset at Raglan, jumping out of a plane at 12,000ft, I have a lot of random stories and Im happy to tell you about them :)

I love to learn and in my opinion I have learned a lot more in a day of traveling then a month in a classroom.

I would love to learn how to play an instrument, a new language and I would like to learn more about permaculture.
