I created an account a few months ago but never got to use it. But after our trip to the Rainforest World Music Festival in Sarawak, where about 80% of the people we met were couch surfers, I decided to give this another go.

Music: I grew up during the grunge era but somehow I've always been drawn to the old jazz and blues. Also into a bit of indie (/hipster) rock and beach music.

Books: Gabriel Marquez, Haruki Murakami, Milan Kundera, JD Salinger, Chuck Palahniuk...

Movies: as long as it's well-written (Woody Allen, Almodovar, etc)
