I am an American teacher living and working in Mallorca, Spain. My roommates say I am funny, easy-going, chill, respectful, educated, and most importantly, chill. I love talking about food and sometimes I like eating it. Like brick oven pizza or anything drenched in EV olive oil. I also like nature, the outdoors, seeing what the Earth looked like before shopping malls and gas stations. I love sleeping on couches, it's true. I actually sleep on the couch at my house. Everyone says they love to travel, and I do, but I love food more and if I have to travel to learn and try new and interesting things, then well, let's get this show on the road! Whether you are interested in food or not, I would like to learn what other people in different countries and cities are putting inside their bellies. I'm basically trying to have my own food and travel show, but without the cameras. Also, I am known to treat couch surfing hosts to ice cream, so if you happen to be my future host, I suggest you start thinking of flavour combos!
