Hello everyone, my name is Luara, I'm 23 years old, I'm half Italian half brazilian and I live with my family close to Milan.
I'm studying intercultural communication in Milan, and at the moment I'm learning Mandarin.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

The reason I'm here is that I love travelling and sharing stories with travellers. Sharing experiences is so good. Couch surfing offers a great way to meet people from all over the world.
To visit and discover a place with local people is a great opportunity, you don't waste time and usually you know the best places ever. That's what I like and why I enjoy hosting.

Intereses

I have so many different hobbies.
I usually go camping and I really enjoy sitting around a fire talking, singing, and drinking with some friends. I also go hiking quite often, especially because I live not far from the Italian Alps.

I'm also in love with folk festivals and historical reenactments. I often take part in this kind of events, working or helping. I was also part of a group that was doing the medieval period of 1200. The period I like most is about the Celts. In the north of Italy there are a lot of folk events with Irish and folk music. If you haven't tried it yet, for sure you have to🍀

About music: I play the guitar, the didgeridoo and djembe a little bit.
My friends and I really enjoy playing all together around 🎶

About studies📚
At the moment I'm studying intercultural comunication, I'm interested in sharing stories, experiencea and different points of views, we can learn a lot from that. I love listening to people talking and explaining about their countries and cultures and of course I'm here to share my stories too!

I listen to all genres, actually everything depends on my mood, but my favourite one is rock music and reggae. I like Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Linkin Park, 30seconds to Mars, Nickleback, Bob Marley, Armandinho, Natiruts, Mellow Mood, Alborosie and so on.
