To be the person my dog thinks I am.

ABOUT ME

Bowling? Shuffleboard? Bingo? No. No. No. Hiking in the Sierras? Building houses in Honduras? Digging fossils in Mexico? Biking down the world’s most dangerous highway in Bolivia? Measuring climate change in Maryland? Yes times five. Between trips: read, cook, go to the gym, cruise consignment stores, visit the wine bar, stream Netflix movies, play with stocks (or vice versa), help with maintenance at my friend’s B&B in California, land the occasional consulting job in biostatistics, and of course keep in touch with friends and family. Looking for companions to travel with, or at least to meet in the U.S. or abroad.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The exhilaration of biking down the world's most dangerous highway. The thrill of accomplishment after reaching the summit of Long's Peak in Colorado. I'll always remember these moments.
