Hey :) my name's Luca.

I come from Livorno (in Tuscany, on the seaside!) and am currently spending most of my time learning to design stuff in Florence (not on the seaside :( but fun!). As of now, my best bet is hoping to work on solving environmental and social issues.

I enjoy finding out what lies behind our world of things and words: reasons, connections, history, biology, psychology, economics, technology. Since I never found absolute truth, I love discovering points of view from different people, different stories and ways of living. I'm curious about all the ways you can make life meaningful.

I think travelling is not about getting some keys from a host and never see them again so you can chill, sightsee and not be bothered. Travelling is sharing food, mixing cultures, finding good fellow humans, learning new languages, trying how different worlds fit you, growing. Will you discover something new with me? :)

I am terribly ignorant about movies and cinema, but I'd love to learn something from you.

I usually listen to an album repeatedly for two weeks, but I can't really define a common genre. I'll let some examples explain: Lorde, Alt-J, Benjamin Clementine, Alvvays, Chet Faker, Bowie, Beyoncé, Guccini, Janis Joplin, Macklemore, Miles Davis, Milky Chance, Nirvana, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Red Hot, Sturfucker etc.

I am a disastrous book lover. I fall in love with them quite easily, but usually cheat them with other books, and more than one... My relationships with books can either last very long or end in a matter of days, but I have no pity when I end up leaving them half-read.
