About Me

ABOUT ME

I guess everyone started his personal description with: Hi, my name is .. and I'm ... in ... , so I'll do the same.
Hi, my name is Luca and I'm studying economics in Milan at the moment.
I come from Rome, where I lived till I turned 19.
I love travelling and and visiting new places around the world.
''Travelling is the only thing you can buy that makes you richer''

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the ''Fatti i cazzi tua e campi cent'anni'', I'm inspired by Obi One Kenobi, Totti, Bear (big wednesday) and Woody Allen (this last one, to me, is the hardest to imitate: I try, but I never never succeed in hating life like him).

Interests

I love reading and watching films, architecture, music and travelling.
I'm a soccer addicted and I'm interested in anything that can increase my culture. I'm full of contraddictions: I love jazz but on my ipod you can find mainly techno and electronic stuff, I love photography but I go around for cities with a 15mpx camera.
I could watch forever films like Lock and Stock, The Gladiator, Intouchables, Pulp Fiction, Master and Commander, Train for Darjeeling.
I envy people like Woody Allen and Zerocalcare for their ability to show contraddictions, fears and doubts of mankind.
I'd reactivate capital punishment for those who use ''maxiscooters'', I think rockstars like heroes should die young (a part from Chemical Brothers, they have to live forever), and bands should dissolve after their third album. I think that the only two praiseworthy sequels are The GodFather pt2 and Sherlock Homes a game of shadows.
I believe L. Kahn, Hume, Gandhi, Hitchcock, Jobs, Chopin and Francesco Totti made modern world a better place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) Taj Mahal (no, actually it wasn't pink. But it was great anyways)
2) Smoking pipe watching Paris from the top of Montmartre's hill
3) Sunset light filtered by the ''Monte dei Cocci'' Hill in Testaccio, Rome
