I'm a nice and friendly Italian now starting a new adventure in China after years in Belgium.

I'm a violinist and physicist now working with food, especially gelato (italian ice cream). I can talk about anything and I love deep and interesting conversation. I'm into art and culture and everything related to it.

At the moment I'm opening an italian ice cream shop in China and teaching how to make italian gelato around the world.

I'm also an avid walker, it means that I can easily walk more than 30 km per day and I enjoy it!
