Overview
About Me
Italian by birth, Scottish by a series of happy accidents. I learnt to enjoy life in all its shapes (mostly wine and food), and I’m slowly expanding my education to whisky.
Still enjoying life of course.
I work a the University of Glasgow where I do research and teaching on wildlife conservation or global health (diseases, epidemiology and stuff).
What else... well, I love cooking, eating and talking all the time about cooking and eating. Oh and I like to try to play any kind of instrument I find on my way. Sometimes successfully... most of the time not.
Anyway, meet me and I'd be happy to tell you more about all of this stuff, maybe in front of a glass of wine.
I think, to make it short, that life is amazing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I don't like couchsurfing. I'm in this community only because hosting people is an excuse to clean up my house, at least one or two times at months...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A non newtonian fluid in my kitchen.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you the same non newtonian fluid I was talking before. But don't google it now! You would ruin the surprise.
Oh, and I'd be happy to learn everything you want to share.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Am I too predictable if I say the non newt... ok I'll stop it.
