I don't know where I'll be living once my travels are over, but when that time comes, I'd enjoy taking a shot at hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Joined this website recently at the advice of my good friend, Renee. When I was living with her several years ago, we had multiple couchsurfers that visited our house -- all of them easygoing, enjoyable individuals.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Bob Dylan and Tom Waits will always be my homeboys. Other favorites include the Tallest Man on Earth, Smog, Bon Iver, and Fleet Foxes. But I also like anything that makes me stamp my feet, snap my fingers, and get my groove on.

Books: writers I tend to enjoy the most include Kurt Vonnegut, William Faulkner, Haruki Murakami, Tom Robbins, and Cormac McCarthy

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wrestled a polar bear while trapped under an iceberg. It was actually a pretty good time.
