About Me

Typical wanderluster.
I love getting face to face with other cultures. I love living the details, seeing, smelling, touching, feeling, listening to everything from anywhere I have never been before - which is probably why I'm always up to anything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

If you stay at a hotel, you don't get to interact with the day to day kind of stuff, and if you rent a house you might not get to meet new people, so I believe CS is the absolute best way of experiencing some place's culture, because instead of just getting a glimpse of it, you straight up jump head first into it (which is my style for pretty much anything really haha)!
Me and Nana (my loyal travel partner, and also my girlfriend) want to meet people, either by them coming to us, or the other way around. Just be ware that if you come to us, you're gonna have to live with my parents and my brother. But even though we're a weird bunch, I'm sure you gonna love us, at least if you're ok with warm receptions and the best food around the city ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Asking for favorite music is not fair! Tiago Iorc, John Mayer, M83, Arctic Monkeys, TesseracT, Pink Floyd, Tame Impala, and oh boy it goes on for very long!

Favorite movies is far easier to talk about, but still. Interestellar, Forrest Gump, Into the Wild, Wall-e...

Not too much of a book guy myself, but anything Tolkien is absolute gold

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went on a 3 months trip around Europe with 800 euros for me and my girlfriend.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching, learning and sharing. Those are the 3 founding pillars of what I like to think of culture. It's something that comes and goes through the generations, making us who we are. Living with me is to be always wondering about life as we know it... Stars, space, the world we live in, people and society. With me it's always all about teaching, learning and sharing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If I'm hosting you, you will have the best food there is. Seriously, nobody cooks like me mama. You will also have a very cute dog to make you happy, and of course there's all the weirdness of my family. We're what you would expect from a brazilian family. We are a warm bunch of people, that like to dinner together, we hug each other and we miss every one we host after they go.
