Half German, half American. Just finished my Bachelor's at Tufts University in Boston, and now spending a year working in urban planning to get a better idea of what I want to do for grad school. I'll be in Europe all summer and then working for the German GIZ in Namibia in the fall.

I play trombone, and I'm planning to get back into rowing. Also a big fan of any outdoor activities, hiking, skiing, kayaking, etc, but I'm also a city guy and enjoy seeing new cities and sampling the nightlife.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling is a lot more fun when you meet the people who actually live there. Looking forward to getting to know cool people and getting new perspectives on life.
