About Me
Olá, Hello, Bonjour,
I am a big believer that everyone has something to teach and share with us in this life. So, I am all for a great conversation where we can share different life perspectives and visions. I am not afraid to dig deep and talk about serious stuff, but I can be quite silly at times. Life is too short, so let's laugh and have a good time ;). I am down to earth, chill and respectful of people's opinions and interests.
My mantra is: I go with the flow. Once we get there, we will see what we'll do.
I started exploring new places and cultures when I was 18yo by moving to Vancouver, Canada. My life since then has been all about making new connections that will bring up the best in me.
INTERESTS:
I love the outdoors, rain or shine, hot or freezing. It doesn't matter. I am always down to get out and enjoy nature. I am also a sports junkie. I have probably tried every sport you can think of, but I am soccer guy. BraziiiiilllllLL!!
Let's go hiking, workout, play soccer or volleyball, swim, chill at the beach, drink a good local beer, snowboard, play some music, surf (would love to learn), try local foods and explore the unknown!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music I've been into lately: Bonobo, Above & Beyond, Metaform, Ott, Shulman, Disclosure.
But I am always listening to acoustic, live music. I love to hear someone's raw vocals.
Favorite Movies: Documentaries and Sci-fi are my go to's. Some of my favorites are: Blade Runner, Black Panther, Marvels are always entertaining.
Books: Lately, I've been reading a lot about psychology and personal/business growth. As an entrepreneur, I always tell myself that in order to double my business, I need to triple my personal growth.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've climbed the Mount Everest.........
ok, just joking. I didn't! But I've done many ordinary things that brought me lots of joy.
I've done scuba diving, paragliding, surfing, triathlon, snowboarding, transformed many people's mind & body, and moved to another country on my own when I was 18.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am science guy. I've been always fascinated on how our body functions. It would be a pleasure to share my knowledge on how to train this beautiful machine called "human body". I am "Functional Patterns" practitioner, and I work with people daily to improve their movements , nutrition, body composition and body aches and pains. I would be very happy to help you gain a better understanding on how you should train to get where you want to be physically. I am also a soccer coach for adults and kids.
I can teach your how to snowboard, drive standard car, and make the good old brazilian cocktail "Caipirinha" alongside brazilian style bbq. If you prefer, I can also show you how to good some delicious vegan meals.
I'd love to learn new cultures and life perspectives so I can keep growing and be the best I can be for my society.
I'd love to learn how to surf and play the harmonica.
I wish to share honest connections with people and experience their authenticity.
I used to play guitar, but haven't put much time into it lately. But, one of my favorite things to do is to relax at a park or beach while playing a few notes.
