It might be a bit too cliché for Couchsurfing, but it's true : I love traveling and meeting people from various countries and cultures. We learn more by meeting someone new than by doing anything else.
I caught the "traveling bug" in 2016, while I was spending a year studying and traveling across Canada with other students from all 5 continents.
When I came back from that experience, I started working on a student job 2 days a week to save money, which allows me to travel every time I have a break from university.

IMPORTANT: I am unfortunately not able to host at the moment because I left Belgium to study 6 months in Mexico. My appartement here does not allow me to host extra people.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

First of all, I use Couchsurfing because it allows me to travel for real. I think that being hosted by locals all around the world is the best way that we have to truly learn about the country and local culture. I think it is also one of the best ways to meet friends and create a huge "friends network".
Second, I love hosting people in my home. It actually feels like seeing the world from your own window, which I think is amazing. I also want people to have an incredible time while visiting Belgium, because this country has a lot to offer!

My curiosity and open-mind to anything that I don't know. I'm in a period of my life where the only thing I want is to discover and try as many things as I can!
I can also [try to] cook Belgian specialties!
I can share some travel stories, bring along some souvenirs from Belgium, teach some French or English!

If you need anything in exchange for the accomodation, I'm totally open to give you a hand!
