Born, raised, and living in Alaska - I'm currently a student at Colorado State University studying Visual Journalism and Communications as well as Environmental Affairs. I love documenting adventure almost as much as I love being on one. Outdoor recreation is my passion. Climbing, hiking, camping, fishing, sailing, skiing, horseback riding, and kayaking are some of my faves (so long as I can burst out in song every 10 minutes or so). I'd really like to try everything! I play guitar, sing loudly, love art and culture, and enjoy immersing myself into the places I travel. So far I've been to the USA (duh), Canada, Mexico, Belize, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, UAE, and South Africa. Planning on doing a trip every year.

I love pretty much all music (except "screamo" and hard rock stuff). I like to laugh, so comedies are often a first pick. I have this romantic idea of reading, but I never get around to it... someday I'll become more sophisticated!

I've ridden elephants in South Africa, swam with sharks in Belize and Hawaii, seen the tallest building in Dubai, walked 500 miles across Spain, trained horses in Alaska, gone halibut fishing in the Pacific, and survived being a twin my entire life!
