ABOUT ME

33 yrs. old, Opening a restaurant in SF. from Argentina, English-Spanish fluent. I Had traveled & lived in different countries yet my "to visit" list still growing. I like sports, books, movies, bars, photography, listen to and exchange music, motorbikes. I eat healthy but I'm not vegetarian.
I want to have my bar / breakfast place, probably somewhere in between the tropics. work there 9 months, travel 3 out of the year. I'd also like to spend sometime in a sailboat traveling in between places, haven't had the offer yet but if someday someone offers me that opportunity I think I'd take it.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm interested in everything, letting things flow, healthy living yet not missing the fun of a few drinks! always willing to learn and try new things. honesty, loyalty and commitment are key for me.

Bar business. History. soccer world cup. rugby. mountains (if hot weather). the beach if somethign else to do than just laying down. good electronic music. Music in general but tropical rhythms. classic rock and instrumental surf, rockabilly, joe strummer, the adicts, reggae, ethnic things, bossa, etc etc Vintage stuff, flea markets. wood carving. Vinyls and vintage sound equipments (marantz mainly) Rainforest. Everything I can do with my hands, specially outdoors. Building stuff.

Music, Movies, and Books

plenty, but I'm very bad with names, and I always loose my "list of movies I watched and liked". The same with books, but I always forget about reading novels because I'm always trying to learn something new.
With a few exceptions, I prefer European (or other foreign) movies rather than American films.

I am that kind of person that knows about a lot of things yet I'm not an expert...I'm just to curious about all what involves creativity, I use both my sides of the brain in more or less the same quantity.
I've done plenty of different sports, lived in different countries.
I'm good at organizing, both spaces and activities. And problem solving, I like to think. Sometimes I think too much.
