Hi there! I'm Lucas. I'm a language lover, and I'm really into travelling and studying at the same time. I prefer staying with local people to get a grasp of the local culture and a glimpse of what's the day-to-day life like. I find that being exposed to different cultures is really an eye opening experience. I'm really open minded regarding culture, religion, love and everything in between. My love to people and human conection got me to start a second carreer, psychology, on 2021, and I'm already thinking about doing a PhD abroad in the future lol.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

People here are so kind and they really share this spirit of sharing their home to someone who wants to get to know their place and culture.
I had the chance to stay with two different families when living in japan, and they went above and beyond on my stay there.
I stayed in Toulouse for 1 month changing places every 4 days or so, and I met so many people and families. Such an amazing experience. I got a kaleidoscopic view of what living in toulouse is like for so many different people.
I stayed in Paris almost for a month on weekdays with a very generous host, and got to travel a little bit and stay with other hosts on weekends. I got to do a lot of cultural activities, and meet new and caring people on the way.
