About Me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My son and I are sharing the same Couchsurfing profile
We both agree that the main reason why we use Couchsurfing is to know more people. We travel to visit new countries, cities or places that we are fond of but also to get some knowledge about the local culture, the language, the traditions, the lifestyle and of course for priceless advices. On each travel we had, we learned something new about each culture which was very interesting for us. On each travel, we incorporated something from the locals to our daily life and we have today a big mix of different cultures from all over the world.
The thing is hotels can't bring you much more than just a bed to sleep. It's not that normal to meet people and talk about life. You will certainly only have touristic tips which are expensive and not original at all. Thanks to Couchsurfing, we visit the whole city and feel the soul, the energy.
Moreover, we share experiences in Couchsurfing. We hear about people's travel, work, studies and everyday life which is unique in each country we go and each person we meet.
