About Me

My name is Luci and I'm an enthusiastic person who likes to travel and learn about new cultures, especially the uncommon ones. Usually, I step out of my comfort area by trying new exercises such different cuisine, dark touristic attractions, unique activities (hot air balloon tours, kayaking, horse riding).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to spend time with new people and get to know other nationalities. Hotels or apartments are overrated. Technology is leading us and we are not able to see anymore the communities around us.

Interests

Honestly, I can say that I like just to learn about new facts and things that I currently don't know or I don't have actual knowledge abour this. I like to take pictures and to travel as much as my buget is allowing me. If travel would have been free, people won't see me again. At as about the drinking, it nice to have a chit-chat at a glass of something and get to know people better. Food is my second religion and sharing is caring.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mostly, I like every type of music and willing to listen any genre of music. I really enjoy to see people that are showing me their favorite song, to observe their excitement and joyful. I'm more into pop-rock music and my favorite bands are: All Time Low, Panic! At the Disco, Linkin Park, Twenty one Pilots, etc.

The last book I read it is:"My beautiful spy" by Colin Falconer. It tells the story of post-World War II in Romania, Uk and Turkey and during the war. A love story about the romanian Jewish woman who tried to do everything to survive during those harsh times and a British spy man.

I usually watch horror and thriller movies, but ironically my favorite movies are: Amelié, Still Alice, Mathilda and The Perks of being a Wallflower

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived a day in Russia without a translator or a friends. I saw a sunset from a Hot Air Balloon in Turkey. I created a project from 0 in my student organization without any experience.
