Hello everyone! My name is Lucia, I’m 22 years old, I’m a e-commerce and digital marketing student

At 19 I decided to shake things up and became an au pair in the United States. Over two years, I cared for children and explored the country from top to bottom. I started in Oregon, where the hiking trails, lakes, and waterfalls left me speechless.

I ventured through California, visiting cities like San Francisco and Los Angeles, each with its own energy and culture. Of course, I couldn't miss a trip to Colorado for skiing and exploring Seattle, a city that captivated me.

Recently, I bid farewell to New York, where I experienced the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple for a while. I also had the chance to explore Florida and Chicago, each with its own charm!

Additionally, in a month, I'm off on my next adventure: Europe. I'm thrilled to explore all the different rich cultures.

And let's not forget my solo trip to Mexico, where I spent a week exploring its vibrant culture and spectacular landscapes.

These 3 years have been a roller coaster of adventures and learning experiences. Each place I visited left me with incredible memories and taught me so much about myself and the world around me.

I'm on Couchsurfing because I love traveling in a more authentic way and connecting with local people. For me, travel isn’t just about visiting tourist spots, but about immersing myself in the culture of each place and learning from the experiences of those who live there. Through Couchsurfing, I hope to share special moments with other travelers and locals, while getting a deeper understanding of local customs and traditions. I also love the opportunity to make new friends and expand my network of contacts around the world.
