I love the sea, photography and music. I love long night time drives. Living faster than my legs'll take me. Indulging in things I know I shouldn't be. Deep conversations. Anything that causes a serious rush of adrenaline. Laughing so much my stomach hurts. Running through sprinklers. Running into old friends and realising some things never change. Watching the sunrise. Knowing I've always done the right thing, no matter what anyone else thought. Knowing someone misses me...

I love the ocean, both the biology of it and the recreational sports it provides a medium for. I love water sports like surfing, water-skiing and wake-boarding which I have recently taken up. I am into roller derby but sadly I haven't skated for...too long! I like to challenge myself and push my boundaries. Oh and I love to make people happy. No bigger buzz than knowing you created a smile!

Right now I'm discovering myself and the world and everything in between!

Travelling solo to new countries can be lonely at times. Hostels can be full of fellow travellers but Id like to experience places from locals as well and give something back in return!

兴趣

I love the sea. I would love to carry on learning about the sea and in particular seagrass ecosystems. I love travelling and going on random adventures and trips to see amazing new places. I write and record music - when I have the chance. I have written plenty of songs since arriving in Australia but haven't had much of a chance to lay the tracks down even though I have the software and hardware to do it. Life gets in the way most of the time.

I listen to all sorts of music from pretty much all genres. Not too keen on country & rap though! I can't pinpoint a favourite genre because my tastes are so eclectic.
Movies? Well my favourite movies are Girl Interrupted, The Jacket, Vanilla Sky, Primer, Source Code, Howls Moving castle...infact any Miyazaki film. Psycological thrillers, films that make you really think and travel films like Wild and Tracks.
Books...I read all sorts. I read a lot of Paulo Coelho and at the minute I am reading both Moby Dick and A Thousand Splendid Suns.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I spent 5 weeks in the sticks in Guatemala doing sea turtle conservation where my eyes were opened to a completely different culture.The lack of knowledge and education surrounding the importance of stopping poaching saddened me. I tagged a few turtles and watched baby turtles dig their way out of nests we re-dug in the hatchery for them, and make their way back to the sea. Beautiful times!

Never look back, there is nothing we can change in our past, all we can do is make our future as bright as possible and learn from our past. Also I am of the philosophy that life will be far more exciting if we try to say yes to as many opportunities that we are presented with. Too tired to go for that random drive you've been asked to go for? Cant be bothered to accept the invite to a gathering at a friends house? You never know, could be one of the best decisions you ever made. Say yes more. Its the things we don't do that we regret rather than the things we do!

I can share many hilarious stories of my life! My life should be made into a comedy or a book! I am not sure how one person can get into as many silly situations as I have! I can also share positivity, cheerful attitude and my cooking skills. I would always volunteer in the kitchen to make some tasty food!
