About Me

Hey beautiful soul !

First of all, I'm really happy to be part of this awesome community

My motto is : Peace Love Unity Respect
I apply in my life the golden rule : treat others as you would like to be treated
I like to remember myself to be and enjoy the present moment, the HERE and NOW

I see myself as a student for life, because I learn everyday, from every situation. Everyone and everything can be interesting for me. I'm a really curious person.

I try to be tolerant, open minded, open hearted and easy going as much as possible.

I really care about accompany people in their journey into well-being and how to find their own power and inner light!

I Iove yoga, hiking, climbing, swimming, surfing, sailing, freediving, scuba diving, camping, singing, dancing, writing, reading, painting, playing...
I have a passion for life in general !
La vie est belle ☀️

I am very optimistic, enthusiastic and bold. This quote sums up my life vision :
"Thousands of candles can be lighted by a single candle,
and the life of the single candle will not be shortened.
Happiness never decreases by being shared."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people and discover new places, different cultures from all around our wonderul planet.
Observing how others live, love, laugh.
I studied anthropology so I just love to be around people and observe their way of life (don't worry it doesn't mean I will analyze you haha)
For me the best way of traveling is to be with the locals, that's the real experience I'm looking for !

I truly believe in synchronicities and that happiness is a choice. Life is wonderful and my best advice in life is : écoute ton cœur (listen to your heart)

I'm interested in various topics and I love to learn new skills
I'm always really excited to try new things because I love first times
I like to say that if something scares you and excites you at the same time, it might be a good thing to try !

Music, Movies, and Books

For me, music is medicine. I have very eclectic tastes.
I love trance, techno, acid, house, soul, rock, indie, jazz, blues, pop, folk, hip-hop, new wave, italo disco, funk, classical, irish, world, latin, gypsy, oriental...
I think I like at least one track in any music genre.
The last artists I discovered and loved are : Leon Bridges, Danit, Videoclub, Guts, Omiki, Loli Cosmika, Laboratorium Piesni, Kevin Morby... (among many others)
On top of that, I love to sing and play guitar, ukulele, percussions, kalimba, didgeridoo, handpan, flute...

Books that changed my life :
The Celestine Prophecy (James Redfield) + the following books
The Four Agreements + The Mastery of Love (Don Miguel Ruiz)
The Power of Compassion (Dalaï-lama)
And you will find the treasure within you + The day I learned to live (Laurent Gounelle)
Ho'oponopono nouveau (Luc Bodin)
Le Petit Prince (Antoine de Saint-Exupéry)
The Alchemist (Paulo Coelho)
The power of the present moment (Eckhart Tolle)
A Brief History of Time : From the Big Bang to Black Holes (Stephen Hawking)
The spontaneous fulfillment of desire (Deepak Chopra)

I love art in general and analog photography

I was a cinephile for some time, it would be too long so let's say that some of my favorite directors are Wes Anderson and Hayao Miyazaki
I have a list of "comfort movies" (mostly from my childhood) that I can watch endlessly like : Harry Potter, Lord of the rings, Jurassic Park, The Mummy, Spirited away, Pride and prejudice, Narnia...

And of course I love the Disney/Pixar movies
Some of my favorites : Pocahontas, Mulan, Lion King, Hercules, Frozen, Brave, Moana, Inside out, Raya, Soul...
For me, animated movies are not only for kids but for everyone, they are full of great life lessons
I think it's very important to take care of our inner child

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being a wilderness guide in Lapland (part of my job was to bring people to hunt the northern lights and go on husky rides, sometimes by - 35°C ❄️)

I'll keep the rest for when we meet :)

I'm a better story teller in real

What I Can Share with Hosts

Talks and laughs.

I love to talk about the different life's philosophies and share our own unique experience of it.
I've always been in a multicutural atmosphere and I think that this exchange between the cultures is what makes us richer.
Richer in our hearts.

I'm a yoga teacher so I can give you some classes if you're interested about it!

I love cooking. I like to challenge myself by making traditional recipes but plant-based, like French pâtisserie for example (and that's how you know that everything's possible) and I'm also new but very interested in raw cooking.
So it would be my pleasure to cook some nice meals made with love! Some of my favorites to cook are : pad thai, Dahl, couscous, crêpes and galettes from Bretagne (my home region) and manyyy sweet things like crumble, cheesecake, fondant au chocolat, caramel au beurre salé...
I will want to treat you with food, either when being a host or a guest!
In a way, for me cooking is like traveling but with the tastes!

I don't eat animals and don't smoke but I don't mind people doing it.
And of course I'm invested to keep the place I'm living in clean and tidy, so I don't mind helping with the chores, it's completely normal :)
I was raised by this saying : "Leave it cleaner than you found it"

I will conclude by this quote that rocked my childhood : "On ne voit bien qu'avec le cœur. L'essentiel est invisible pour les yeux."

Love, light and buena onda
