My name is Lucie, I’m from Belgium and I love travelling and discover new cultures, peoples, nature, places and experiences.
Besides that, I like outdoor sport or adventure as much as artistic disciplines such as music, photography theater, improv, ceramics, video, slam poetry...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is such a nice way to travel and share passions, stories, learn from each other and one of the best way to discover a new city or culture from a more local perspective! Couchsurfing has been an amazing experience so far. Since I've started, I can not stop travelling and meeting new people through couchsurfing.
Even if five stars hotel were free I would do couchsurfing actually : )

Music, Movies, and Books

I like different kind of music, book and movies. For exemple, I like slam poetry or songs with a research in the lyrics. I also like instrumental music, pop, some raps, rock… I also like reading or watching a movie but I don’t have any favorite one. I also really like documentary films!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As I love travelling, I’ve experienced many différents adventures but I’m still young so I have a lot more to live ! For exemple, I was last year travelling trough Europe by train ! I've been from Bruxelles to Palermo in Sicilia and then from there to Romania and then from Romania back to Italie in Rome and then from Rome to Spain and from there, to Portugal, and then Germany, Finland and Spain again (I know it's a long list) all by train so it’s also more sustainable. So I would say that’s a big adventure and I love it !

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to meet new people and share our experiences passion and knowledge. Maybe we could visit something together, play music, talking… so many things can be shared !

What I Can Share with Hosts

As I said, I would love to share my passions while also meet the host and his culture. I always have my flute with me so I would love to play some flute if the host like music! I also love photography so I could share you some of the pictures of the host’s city or house I could give printed. : )
