Hey, I am Lucie, a 24 years old creative, open minded, passionate traveler from Lyon (France). I discovered pretty late that i can learn new things if i try hard enough, and since then i have never stopped :)

My goals for the season are to visit New Zealand, have my first workaway, couchsurfing, and my first great walk. (AT and TNC)
Afterwards, i will move in a community in the woods of Bretagne...

I have been traveling since 2020 at the end of my marketing degree which made me realise how bad i need to escape this path !

Since then, i got a lot of jobs in France and Tahiti, i backpacked, built out a minivan, and in 2022 i traveled Europe : 8 countries in 8 months. Doing all of this alone made me really adaptable but the luxury of a home on wheels made me a bit homebody, that's why I'm really excited to backpack and travel light here in New Zealand !

Apart from the traveling, i like playing the guitar/uku, painting, recording videos, writing and reading, hiking, skiing, skateboarding, dancing, watching sunsets and moonrises..

I am keen to learn the way you live and i hope i can bring you some good energy and also some help with your place.
My goal here is to meet inspiring people and create connections.

I am not vege but I don't consume a lot of meat.

I believe I am easy going and adaptable :)

I never did it before and I think it's so much better to discover a place from the local's look and from the inside! Also i love practicing my english, meeting new people (even making friends?) and sharing differents cultures.
And let's be honest I'm pretty broke ^^'
But i prefer 100% if you also have some time to spend with me !

I love a lot of music styles. For partying i'm into techno music, but in my earphones it's more about acoustic music, electro and rap sometimes, and it can go through jazz, blues, rock, piano solos...
Currently I'm in my "main character country roadtrip songs" era.

Don't have much time for movies but netflix is cool.
My classics are the star wars (the 2 first trilogies of course...), LOTR, big fan of harry potter books and movies. Game of Thrones is my favorite show
Yep, I'm mainstream.

I'm also a big reader (1 book a month-ish), but I'm not a literature person to be fair.

A magical moment was that one scuba diving with a manta ray, sharks and turles... i still dream of it :)

I'm not sure I know a lot about life but I can share my culture, philosophy of life and teach you how to make the best crêpes (even though mines look weird).

I can share my language (french) and my watercolor palette.
