Hi everyone! My name is Lucie and I'm 24 years old.
What would I say about myself?
Well, I'm graduated with a spanish degree, also my mom is Spanish so I'm pretty much fluent in Spanish.
I'm currently living in France which is actually my homecountry. I just came back after a year in San Jose in California as an Au Pair. I was living there with a family and taking care of their kids. I would say that thanks to that experience the way I see my life, totally changed.
I decided to be curious about what was surounding us.
That's were my couchsurfer experience started, a year ago.
From February to March, we were travelling around USA with a friend of mine for our last month in USA. We've travelled during the whole year around the west coast so then, we decided to move to Hawaii and the East Coast before going back home.
And it was probably the best trip ever.
After a year back home, here I am, trying to move around Europe!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First of all, a friend of mine talked to me about Couchsurfing few months ago. He was travelling all around the West Coast by himself and told me it was a great way to travel.
My first experience with Couchsurfers started during my trip around USA. We were planning to discover and see the real face of USA by couchsurfing, and we definitly loved it, because we've met amazing hosts. That was the best way to share our culture with eachother. And we definitly have friends all around USA now.
