About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Always look at the bright side of the life :)
ABOUT ME
I just moved to Christchurch, where I got a PhD. scholarship to study at University of Canterbury. I focus on freedom of media.I have been involved in several NGOs (non-profit organizations). I was working one year in America with disabled people, when I came back I started working with orphans and now I also for for one Czech NGO where I take care of some international journalist and media projects. I am happy with my current work a lot, I was working as a journalist but then I decided to go back again to NGO sector, because to me it seems more useful. Now, I also teach about media and human rights - in Czech, Poland and Germany. Sometimes I write some articles and film reviews to Czech newspapers and magazines.I am really interested in photography, film (especially documentary one) and human rights. Last year I was in Ukraine taking pics and doing exhibition about stereotypes and discrimination.I did a lot of volunteering projects in different countries - Morrocco, Italy, Ukraine, England. Also, I got a chance to study abroad - Anthropology in England, Film and Media in New Zealand. I am very positive person, who likes to meet new people and explore other cultures and traditions. I look forward to meeting new people through couchsurfing and I will be very happy to host them in my small flat Prague.
PHILOSOPHY
I always try:
To stay positive, no matter what :)
To enjoy every moment.
To see the world through open eyes.
