Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'll be glad to host like i've been hosted, and make sure that my guests will get the best conditions to discover and enjoy the town and daily life with my room mates and I.

I surfed more than I hosted, because my house is always crowded and busy, and I want to make sure that my guest, whoever it is, feels at home : after a whole day tripping around Paris, our friend travellers deserve some rest! I enjoyed the people I couchsurfed with and I hope to follow their example in hosting travelers.

... extended breakfast mornings, art, art and art in all its meanings, urban gardening, growing tomatoes, cooking, laughing at silly jokes, music, books and pictures, all that my senses can grasp. Walking through the lands...and to pick on my cat Mouloud .

Music, Movies, and Books

My mind is flexible, it goes from supermainstream to deeper mysterious works.
Im open to everything as long as there is something soulful in it, being mysterious transy electronic music or oriental music like Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.

In the visual arts, it is the same : I like naïve and outsider art, and all that seems natural and genuine to me.
(With a special interest for scientific illustrations and cross-view sections)

I've worked in a bookstore for many years, so there are lots of books i liked, and much more i need to read!
One big emotion was when reading The House of Leaves by Mark Z Danielewski.
Another book thrill : The Friedlands, by David Kehlmann.
Currently reading a book about the history of neurology

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

playing with my band les Lapins SuperStars in an almost-empty gas station at 3:00 am, drinking a Guiness with Dublin's lord Mayor, blast funk across the austrian mountains from a chair lift, and basically everything we did with this band...
