It's been a while since I've used CS, this may not be up to date, I'll try to change the whole thing soon, oups!

I'm Lucie (say it the way you want, I thought it was an easy one but apparently.. not always ;)), born and raised in Paris, a city I love and hate at the same time. I took a gap year to discover Europe and observe the cultural life in the cities I was visiting and it has been really, really, amazing. No words can ever describe the feeling. But I'll try if you ask ;)

I guess it's just the perfect mix for me : traveling, speaking european languages, meeting people from different backgrounds, going to museums, concerts, art galleries, movies, looking at some strange and new street art... talking about culture, politics, ecology, art, food, books (I used to study literature, theater and philosophy), differences of perceptions, tv show (I'm addicted. I watch like all TV shows on earth), whatever.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Since December 13, surfing some people's couch, meeting new friends for coffee or going to couchsurfing events has allowed me to :
- make some really good friends from all over the world
- give some cooking lessons
- discover a lot of amazing hidden places in cities I thought I knew
- fall in love
- go spontaneously to a Krakow week-end
- attend amazing cultural events which were not meant to be public
- have amazing discussions in French, English, German and Italian
- party in an old Serbian bunker
- learn a few words in some arabic languages
- find people to travel with me for a while
- have a LOT of incredible moments I couldn't imagine.

- Writing
- Cinema. Always always up for a good movie.
- Books, for sure : novels, essays about lot of things, european comics, poetry... Anything can please me.
- Enjoying rock songs. A lot.
- Filming my travels (I wish I could do that better though)
- wandering around food markets, going out with friends and drinking "kir cassis" (french beverage with white wine ;))
- American series : Big Bang, How I Met, Californication, Game of Thrones, Pretty Little Liars, Nikita, Private Practice, Downton Abbey, Mentalist, New Girl, Once Upon A Time...
- Theater, Concerts, Art Galleries
- Funny tumblrs.
- Have a cup of tea/coffee and discuss things.
