Hello, my name is Ngoc, Tran Anh but you can call me Lucie for the convenience. I am 21 years old, a super cute Capricorn. I was born and grew up in Hanoi, Vietnam, luckily, few months ago, I was awarded Erasmus Mundus scholarship granted by UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, and now I am living in Murcia, Spain for 3 - 4 months.

I can characterize myself as a person who is talkative, friendly, open - minded and an travelling-holic. Obviously, I really really love travelling. When I was in Vietnam, I often go backpackage with my friends. It makes me feel free, safe and wild :D I am quite emotional sometimes, but also the one who good at listening and giving advices (most of my friends say that).

Being in Europe is one of the most beautiful thing which I have ever had. At the age of 21, I have never thought that one day I could go to Europe and received a full scholarship which helps me to travel and explode more about European culture. I really do hope that within 180 days in Europe, I can roll around it :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Few weeks ago, I went to Foster Bar and joined a group for those who want to practise English. Then 2 guys asked me:
- Do you know anything about Spain?
- No, because since I was informed about the scholarship, I had only nearly 2 months to prepare for visa issue and also have to go to work and finish my final exam at school. That's why I don't have time. - I said
- You are so insane Lucie. You come to Europe and know nothing about your destination!
And yeah, that makes me feel ashamed, because I come to Spain but I am lack of knowledge about neither Spain nor Europe. That's why I am here. I want to meet people all over the world, to learn, share and improve my knowledge, to creat unforgetable memories with intertional friends, to listen and tell everyone my experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am keen on The Beatles, The Carpenters, Backstreet Boys, Maroon 5 and Lily Allen. Actually I sometimes listen to modern music nowadays, but somehow, I like the 2000s rhythm, it always reminds me of good memories when I was young.

I am also a series movie-holic. I like the series How I met Your Mother, Kitchen Breaking Bad. Some of my favorite movies are 500 days of Summer, The perks of being a wallflower, Her, Ruby Sparks...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Being a team leader of some non-profit/non-gorvement projects
- Rescued a cat when I was walking to school (but sadly he was so weak when I met him then he has gone few days after :( )
- Gain a full scholarship
- 24 hours no sleep when travelling with my friend (haha that's crazy)
